Start with what you have

Your web business is already working. Now make it easier to open.

A serious web business deserves more than a quick wrapper and a hope that Google approves it. We review the product, define the launch boundary, prepare the Android package, test the important flows, and support the Play submission.

01 / QUALIFY
App check

We check mobile fit, account readiness, likely Play blockers, and package scope before you pay.

02 / PACKAGE
Android build

App identity, icon, splash, navigation, links, versioning, and a Submission ready release bundle.

03 / VERIFY
QA and tracks

Login, links, back behavior, permissions, network failure, test track, and release checks.

04 / LAUNCH
Prepare and submit

Listing setup, declaration assistance, submission, one implementation-related remediation cycle, and source handoff.

Need more than a website wrapper?

We can scope a custom app when a managed launch is not enough.

If your product needs deeper Android features, we can define the customer workflow, technical scope, and launch plan before quoting a custom build.

Possible features

Customer accounts, secure sign-in and biometrics, in-app messaging, push notifications, purchase links and payments, camera or location features, offline workflows, native integrations, and custom admin tools.

Custom apps are separately scoped and quoted. Google Play review and approval remain outside our control.

A bounded delivery

From audit to launch in four moves.

01 / AUDIT

Confirm fit

Mobile responsiveness, login, links, permissions, account ownership, and scope.

02 / BUILD

Package the app

Reusable Android foundation with your identity, release configuration, and production signing.

03 / TEST

Prove the basics

Test tracks and a practical QA matrix for the flows customers use every day.

04 / LAUNCH

Submit and hand off

Store listing, declarations, submission, remediation, source, and future-update notes.

For agencies

Add Android launches to your service menu.

Your agency keeps the client relationship. We handle Android fulfillment behind the scenes under your brand, with NDA and source-handoff support available.

White-label by design

Partner pricing is established after the first qualified project and based on actual scope. Suggested agency retail is discussed after qualification.

Free readiness check

See whether your product is ready for Android.

Answer practical questions about repeat use, mobile usability, reviewer access, privacy, deletion, app-specific value, and Play account ownership. You will see a directional result before we ask for contact details.

This is an informational assessment, not a Google approval prediction.

Run the Checkup

No email is required to see your result.

For an existing web app, the description is optional. For a custom app or agency inquiry, describe the workflow you want to discuss.

Want a human review?

Leave your details only if you want Blackbox Foundry to review the result and outline the next launch step.

App planning

Tell us about the web business you are ready to launch.

Send the existing product URL, or describe the custom app you want to build. We will reply with fit, likely blockers, a practical starting plan, and expected cost. We do not promise Google approval or a fixed review date.

Who owns the Google Play account?

You do. The app should be published through your customer-owned Play Console account. We can help prepare the listing and submission, but we do not publish client apps through an account we control.

Does this guarantee approval?

No. Google controls account verification, testing requirements, review timing, policy decisions, and final approval.

What does the standard package assume?

A functioning responsive web app, standard login and navigation, no major backend changes, no extensive native feature set, and a customer-owned Play account.

What is not included?

Major redesigns, backend work, large native feature sets, legal or regulatory certification, fake testers, unlimited remediation, or attempts to bypass Play requirements.

What happens if Google rejects the app?

One remediation cycle for issues caused by our implementation is included. Issues caused by the customer’s product, policies, declarations, privacy practices, content, or account requirements may require separate work.

Do I own the source?

Yes. Source code and signing notes are included in the standard handoff.
